“its the best sushi place!”
“Fresh fish, never a wait, interesting rolls and low prices!”
Great sushi, great price. Although this is my 1st time at a sushi restaurant I would definitely recommend this place. I loved the rolls and the ginger and wasabi. Didn't know the wasabi was so hot but I soon found out. The prices were cheap and I can't wait to return. I don't go to the city on a regular basis but I think I might hve to make an exception.
its the best sushi place!!!!.
the SUSHI, here are addicting...seriously...it is that good!!the sushi in this
restaurant is totally delicious and YUMMY..oh my god...you can never get tired of
sushi in this restaurant...and it is making my mouth watery just even thinking about it. :)
Good Sushi & Cheap?!. I just got take out from here for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The price made me wary but I was very impressed with the quality of the seafood and how my sushi rolls were so nicely made. My only complaint is that I wish there were more unique options. All the house special rolls seem to be versions of the same thing. Although everything I had was delicious, I like to try some of the more creative rolls when getting sushi. Also, they don't have the option for using brown rice instead of white or soypaper instead of seaweed :(. I got the Rainbow Roll (as per another reviewers suggestion) and the Fumi Roll ... I definitely recommend both. I plan on trying some of the other menu items for sure and this will definitely be a local place I frequent for take out. If I were to eat there, the back room looked nicer to sit in.
pretty decent sushi; okay value. west side sushi is a totally casual, neighborhood joint. the sushi is fresh and a decent value. the presentation is nothing spectacular and the flavors are not awe-inspiring, but the food is reasonably good. reliable and solid.
Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. Budget-friendly theater district sushi restaurant from Jelloado and Sandobe owners has unlikely Egyptian theme and creative two-for-one rolls.
Best Sushi in the City. This place has the best sushi in the city. They have an excellent selection (the rolls with crab are really great). Reasonably priced with very fresh sushi. Weekends can get crowded, but still highly recommended.
Great sushi. This is my favorite sushi place in the city. The food is always fresh and the variety of sushi is amazing. Also, the plum wine is very good.
Great Sushi at a great price. Can't beat the Rolls and prices at this joint. Nothing bad at this place as far as I've tasted. They have very imaginative rolls for sure!
LOVE IT!!!. This is one of my favorite places!! Fresh fish, never a wait, interesting rolls and low prices!! the food is always good and the decor is really nice too. There is never a crowd here and I hope that fact doesn't cause the business to suffer. Whenever I'm in midtown I have West Side Sushi for lunch.
