It's great for the cold days, rainy days, and days when you need a hot, spicy, steamy, clean-tasting pick-me-up. They're very accomodating to large groups (my friends are a bit raucous and disorganized, to boot) and they are consistently good with their Korean little dishes. I also love the fact that its tucked away on the second floor, and I personally love sitting near the windows and watching the street traffic flow by sometimes. Sometimes they're a little rough around the edges, but they never fail to be nice and they're pretty helpful with the menu too.

generic korean but with really really delicious tofu. every time i've dined there it has never gotten crowded and i hope it stays that way for a long time before people discover it. great menu, good service.

The best soontofu that I know of. My friends and I crave it all the time. It's perfect for a rainy or cold day. They are also very good about refilling the appetizer dishes for the table.
