Go at 8:30 am, go in the middle of the week, and have everything required in your hand. It's actually not a dreadful experience!!! Use the Bowling Green or Rector St. subways to get there.
Pros: RELATIVELY CLEAN, RELATIVELY QUICK, RELATIVELY FRIENDLY
Cons: A LITTLE HARD TO FIND
