ATROCIOUS SERVICE RENDERED!

Please. Spare yourselves the very unnecessary additional stress of your hectic life in Manhattan by NOT DOING BUSINESS with this company. They are rude, have many hidden/ludicrous fee's for service and are not forthcoming. IT'S SO NOT WORTH IT, and I'm very sad to say so:(.

Great Attention To Detail

Baby Girl's staff have been extremely friendly & accommodating. When I drop off laundry, they remember to ask if the bag contains my daughter's clothes (which means no softener & items need to be dried on low).

They provide door to door service & whenever I bring in my own bags they ask why on earth I didn't call them for a pick up or drop off? I appreciate how hard they work on a regular basis & am thankful for them.

For years I was spending hours a week in Baby Girl's doing the laundry & have just begun using the drop off service (within the past 3 or 4 months). I will definitely continue to do so! They do a terrific job!

Terrible service

They use bleach for any kind of colors or delicate cloth. They do not pay enough attention to your request. In your laundry bag you can find other people cloth!!! Above all these great services that they provide, they may loose your laundry bag as well, the case that happend to us. They lost many pounds of our laundry which we have not been compensated yet! WE DO NOT RECOMMAND YOU TO EVEN CONSIDER TO GO IN THEIR STORE FOR THE BENIFIT OF YOUR POCKET BOOK AND YOUR CLOTH.

• Cons: Lost laundry, poor service, don't speak about reliability!!!!!

AMAZING

Baby Girl's is not only sweet and easy to work with, they will go out of their way for you everytime. Poor things have to re-deliver my laundry like twice a week because I am never home when I say. And they never complain about it.

They do my laundry even better than my housekeeper from when I was a little girl! Now that's saying a lot.

• Pros: sweet as sugar, accomadating
• Cons: pricey

Bunch of Incompetents!

I have recieved my laundry back with pink spots all over. It took them two tries and me recommending they take them to another cleaner's to fix the first problem (plus no mention of refund). Since this was the first, I supposed they could have genuinely made a mistake, but they did it again AND bleached out my black undies. To make matters worse, the same thing happened to my roommate's stuff and neither of us got any apology or recompensation. Terrible people!

• Pros: near me, only cleaners in the, across the street
• Cons: terrible work, cutomer service is b, expensive
