I have taken Gyrotonic sessions & Gyrokinesis classes at Body Evolution on & off for the last 4 years. I have also completed my Gyrotonic teacher training with Billy Macagnone. Being a teacher of fitness, Pilates & now Gyrotonic for over 20 years - I have found my experiences at Body Evolution & with Billy to be detailed, professional, informative, uplifting and fun! His knowledge of the work surpasses many other teachers I have experienced. Thank you for making my trips to your studio from CT worth it!

I'm a professional dancer with Pilobolus and have been going to Body Evolution, on and off, for the past three years. With the extreme physical activity of being a dancer and the demanding performance schedule of being on tour, Gyrotonic has not only helped save my body, but has informed me on how to be a more sound and apt mover. The exercises on the various machines are organic, challenging, and creative and there's something for everyone. After each session, the results for me are immediate. My body feels longer and stronger and my lines of energy are much more open. This studio is amazing and master trainer Billy Macagnone and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and completely dedicated to this wonderful healing work and the well-being of all their clients/students. I am a true believer of this work and encourge everyone to give it a try.
