Absolutely Outstanding

I booked my move simply, with no hassels, with Frank.

Lenny was our lead person for our move yesterday. YES, I am taking the time out of unpacking to compliment the crew! They worked as a team, neat, fast and very polite. They suspected my couch would not fit into the basement but tried everything they could to get it down, because we asked, (removed the legs from the coach and then the basement door) Happily. They were right.

BEST EVER Experience with any mover (my 3rd move). Will refer you to my friends, have already past your information on to my realtor and will definitely use your company again.

Very Satisfied

I used Integrity Mover’s last week and everything went extremely well. I don’t have much to compare too (haven’t moved much), but my job was to move a single family house and the team of four guys showed up promptly and got the job done in a professional manner.

Don’t take much stock in the original quote given since it really requires a walkthrough to see what furniture you have. I had several large pieces that had to be disassembled and reassembled. That being said, the overall price for the services provided was very good. Quality of service for price offered was excellent.

I recommend Integrity Movers.

The Best

I wasn’t looking forward to moving my two kids back from Queens to Staten Island. I was thinking there’s no easy way out of this due to the distance and traffic in NYC. What made matters worse was three days before the move my wife was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery for an appendectomy!

I called Frank to notify him of my situation and without hesitation he rescheduled my move. I’m sure he didn’t realize at the time how much he really helped our family.

He set a new date - the crew arrives promptly and carefully boxed all of the items, making this move like a dream come true.

The crew, by the way, were the most courteous and helpful movers I have ever met.

If you’re planning a move, big or small, don’t bother looking any further.

It doesn’t get any better than this!

Trustworthy and above & beyond service

I had to unexpectadly move out of my apartment in Manhattan which I thought was going to be very stressful. However, Integrity Movers made the process so simple. I had one efficient conversation with Frank in which he provided me a competitive quote. He was proactive at working with my building to provide proof of insurance and everything could not have gone more smoothly. The movers were polite and friendly as well as packed and taped up everything to ensure it stayed in good condition. The whole process was extremely smooth and I will certainly call them again if I need to move.

Great experience with trustworthy, professional movers

I have moved often as an adult and hated it primarily because of the movers. Frank from Integrity Movers and his staff have changed my opinion of moving companies. In December, Pedro and Efrain moved me from the UWS to my current apartment and made a stop at my storage place in Harlem, yes, three stops. I was dreading it but Pedro and Efrain were efficient, friendly yet professional. We started at 7:30 AM and were finished by noon. I did not hestitate to call them again, when a few weeks ago I purchased a glass dining table with 6 chairs from a thrift shop in Queens and had no idea how to get it to Manhattan. The table was delivered today and it was Pedro and Efrain again! They arrived ahead of schedule, uncovered, set up the base and glass top. They even helped me move it exactly where I wanted and got rid of the debris. I can't recommend them enough.
