I had my baby delivered from DR. Rossenburg, so i need not say how frequent i have visited the place. It is thanks to Dr. Rosenburg, her experience and "patience" that I had a normal delivery and not a C section. At times the wait was only 15 mins and at times 1 hr. This happens everywhere and with a place like NY i did not expect anything different. If you want 15 mins take the earlier or latest appointment. all the drs here are nice (nurse as well) except one. you cannot expect a five star personal service and i was fine with it - they are professional and i did nt expect any personal touch. The only reason i gave it a 3 start and not a 5 star is becuase one of the Drs here - Dr. Archibald is nt that nice. She may be good doctor , but she doesnt give you a good feeling and i heard the same comments from another friend of mins , whose baby was actually deliverd by Dr. Archibald .. She seems to be in a hurry , doesnt bother much, will express emotions (frustrations) and is not at all patient. all the best !

The doctors have no bedside manners or patience. They do not like to answer any questions or address any concerns whatsoever. I've tried all the doctors and Dr. Fischer is a robot, hates being bothered and is very cold. If you're used to that, then she would be perfect for you! Dr. Rosenberg is so judgemental, I wouldn't be surprised if she starts giving you a lecture about celibacy. It's no wonder they are being sued! Hence, I'm assuming that's why the medical group split into two, Kips Bay Obgyn and Cityscape Obgyn. The waiting is always packed and my appointments never ever start on time!! I usually wait an hour. I thought that was the norm, until my friends told me they usually wait 15 minutes tops.
