I would like to give ZERO stars! I paid $400 to have two small carpets cleaned. I was told this cleaning would take care of the pet stains, etc. The carpets returned with all the same stains and odors as they had before the cleaning. The company refused to do anything to correct the situation but rather simply back peddled saying that these (very common) pet stains just don't come out. Worst money spent ever. Stay far away

We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again?.. To make a long story short, the Citiclean Carpet Cleaners were really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. On time, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect?? WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer. Five Star Company.

My experience with Citiclean was awsome. We needed a quality carpet cleaner but did not know anything about the industry.Their staff were very Honest, Professional and most importantly on-time. We will try them again for other services as well.
