My carpet is not old but it did have some small tears in it. So I had Citi Clean fix it for me. The job was done perfectly you can't even see the slightest sign of where the tear was.

I have wall to wall carpeting at my place and it tends to get dirty over time. I found Citi Clean online and I gave them a call. They came over within a few days and they cleaned my carpet.

My carpet look almost new. I am very pleased with their service.

My coworker recommended CityClean after I told them how much trouble I was having getting my carpet cleaned. I was tired of trying to get it done myself. So I hired these guys and I was pleasantly relieved to see how clean they were able to get my carpet.

I moved some furniture around in my living room and when I did I noticed that there were some color differences where we moved the furniture.

We hired Cityclean to see if the discoloration could be removed. Well I am relieved to say that my carpet is now only one color.

A Job Well Done. I had them come out for a free estimate and after asking the technician several questions I could tell that he was professional and not some amateur. I took his advioce and upgraded to a Deep Cleaning. When he finished the carpets looked a few shades brighter and smelling good. The price was not outrageous either.

Recommended. My mother always turns to citi clean for rug restoration so when the toilet over-flooded and the water seeped into the hallway carpeting, I called them to see if they could help. The technician came right away and did a terrific job, he even got the nasty sewer smell out.

Carpets cleaned. I have 2 very special area rugs that mean very much to me. I was very hesitant to send them out to be cleaned, but it was badly needed. The technician came to my house, where he explained in great detail the process that was to be done on my rugs. Eight days later my carpets arrive better than I have ever seen them before. The technician also took it among himself to move my furniture and lay them back exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of carpet and upholstery cleaning. I know I will be using them again.

horrible cleaning job, horrible service. I would like to give ZERO stars!

I paid $400 to have two small carpets cleaned. I was told this cleaning would take care of the pet stains, etc. The carpets returned with all the same stains and odors as they had before the cleaning.

The company refused to do anything to correct the situation but rather simply back peddled saying that these (very common) pet stains just don't come out.

Worst money spent ever. Stay far away

Best Cleaning. We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again?.. To make a long story short, the Citiclean Carpet Cleaners were really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. On time, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect?? WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer. Five Star Company.
