Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Hear all about it!

I have been enjoying my learning experiences at the World Martial Arts Center in both locations (Brooklyn and Manhattan). If you are a student of this grand training center, you will have the opportunity to attend either location to train. I have found that the level of attention, practice time, training time, seminars, materials, and getting to work with top notch instructors (who were at one time in my shoes as a beginner) has been most humbling. No one has an ego, or he or she would not be able to humbly teach and guide students as well as reach out to a community of those who are interested in self defense. As an older woman, I am so proud that I took this step in May of 2010. I have not looked back but forward with anticipation of higher skills, and mastery of some.

I love the Sabumnim, a gracious and attentive master of instruction. As a matter of fact, I am learning from the best when I learn from him...not discounting the excellent instructors who follow Sabumnim's curriculum. Why don't you find out for yourself?

Look no further

I can honestly say that the WMAC has been life-changing for me. I have lost 40 pounds in my first 6 months training at the school and have learned the kind of practical self-defense skills that make me feel confident in any situation I face. The instructors are of the highest quality, and I feel like I can always approach one of them for help. Overall, the school feels like a community of people who are on a journey together. As far as martial arts training, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

I am grateful to have found a master and instructors that are so dedicated, genuine and respectful to their students.

Master David Herbert has a wealth of knowledge concerning" the do" or the way, path of life and achievement through practice of the Martial arts. It has helped me to navigate life obsticles and welcome them with vigor when the arrive. HA !

At The World Martial Arts center I feel like part of a huge family the dates back way before I was concived. I all my WMC peoples " Lucky Us for finding such a great place to grow" ! To those searching the city come see whats really good at the World Martial Arts Center.

Thankful to have found this school!

I recently joined the World Martial Arts Center after being a trial student for a month.

As a newbie in Martial Arts, I was at first a bit intimidated in class but I really had no reason to feel that way. All other students were incredibly encouraging and treated me with respect. The Master Teacher gave me and other new white belts special attention during our first classes, which was also very encouraging and motivating

Also, I was given a beginner's training CD which holds valuable information for a white belt like myself. I especially liked the part where black belts were offering tips for beginners.

Most importantly for me is that the World Martial Arts Center is not only a place were I can grow and learn on a physical level, but also on an emotional and spiritual level. That to me has incredible value.

I hold the World Martial Arts Center, it's students and teachers in high esteem and I am very thankful to have found this school! I know I will be a student with this school for many years to come.
