Best Laser Hair Removal in NYC!!!. I am a male 35 with extremely thick, coarse facial hair. I've been going to Romeo & Juliet Laser Hair Removal for a year now. I am proud & happy to say that i am 99% hair free on my entire face thanks to Romeo & Juliet Laser. I paid $1,750 for 6 treatments & 6 touchups. A good price for the excellent results I would come to see. All the people working there were courteous to me & professional. They took really good care of me. My technician Natalie & the owner Chris went out of their way to get me completely hair free. They take great pride in their job. Having been hair free now & not having to shave every morning has taken the stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend Romeo & Juliet to anyone considering laser hair removal. I give them my highest recommendation.

I got what I wanted. I had a laser hair removal package in this place. I had to do my legs 8 times before all hair left but I’m happy with the results so far. The location is great, just next to my office. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they have always time to help you and answer your questions.

A....mazing!. A....mazing! That is all you need to know...I LOVE this place...they seriously changed my life. I came here two years ago for bikini and underarms....I had done all my research and even my dermatologist said it is the ONLY place in the city to go. I finally decided to bite the bullet and do it. Yes...I was really scared about of the price. Yes....it's a lot to put down...especially when you don't know if it will work. But It Will! I promise you! I did the session package they recommended....yea I was like it this a ploy to get more money....it's not. The "clean-up" sessions are so worth it - and it makes sure you look perfect all the time! Just do it....you won't be sorry. You can personally hunt me down if you down 100% LOVE this place. After my sessions, by bikini area was PERFECT! I could not believe it....i looked perfect and ready for action at all times....so beautiful! It was all soft and nice - no stubble feeling - nothing but smooth skin! And my armpits were soft and hairless.... So...why two years later and I writing a review? Because I'm back for more, more more! I went back and they are sooo nice - they even remembered me - unheard of customer service in NYC. I only did my side bikini before and now I am doing the FULL Brazilian! No go get hairless....you'll thank me...OK...you'll really thank them :)

I can't say I'd recommend it. I find all these stellar reviews concerning miraculous results very hard to believe. I went there a couple of years ago for treatment on a very hairy back. After $3,000+ spent on about a half dozen painful sessions, I had hoped that my wookie back and shoulders would never plague me again. Well guess what? 2 years later and I feel like I need to start the treatments all over again. And it was only about 6 months -1 year after the treatments ended that I needed to shave regularly again. It was not money well spent.

Can't say enough good things about this place. 32 yr old male,have gone here several times for my neck, chest and thighs. Have seen unreal results in a short amount of time.The staff is so great and knowledgable. Look at their machines and research them yourself and see they only use the best. I say this because when I first went to a plastic surgeon to have this done, I knew nothing. It hurt like hell and the results sucked. I came here and they fixed the patches left behind and then some. A Real life changer. My wife has had her armpits, legs and bikkini done with great results. She shaves like once a month now if that. Please listen to me and go here, do not mess around with the other places. This place has changed my life for the better.

AWESOME so far!. Just to clarify things--I am not one to write a good review for no reason. I am discriminating and particular. In addition to that, I have never had laser hair removal before, so I was a bit hesitant and worried about the 'pain factor'. I have an olive complexion and sometimes lasering is challenging.

It takes a lot to get my attention, but this place demonstrated EXCELLENT service, has a great staff and top of the line equipment.

When i was researching, I discovered Romeo and Juliette and called the office. I was a bit hesitant to have laser hair removal for many reasons, potential pain was on the top of the list.

I ended up speaking the owner, Chris, who was very informative, friendly, wasn't pushy, and made me feel like this was a good choice for me. He has great credentials, experience and doesn't take his business lightly.

I arrived and the staff was efficient, friendly, helpful and the place is extremely comfortable and well run. My technician, Natalie was great.

So far, I am very pleased. I experienced almost no discomfort whatsoever and look forward to the end results

maybe find another place... I originally found Romeo and Juliette from searching on this website. I saw that most of their reviews were positive and quickly made a free consultation appointment.

I have been back a few times at this point but held off for a while before writing my review because my experiences are so different every time.

At first I walked in and didn't even know if it was the right place because it looked so broke down compared to the other places I had been in the area. The desk girls were nice to me and gave me some papers to fill out...while I sat down to fill them out.. I heard a girl (who ended up talking to me for my consultation) getting upset because I guess she had been working all day without breaks, so I almost left because judging from the inside of this place (which is shabby at best) and this poor girl I figured maybe what I had read on this site was fake...but then as soon as they got me in the girl was really nice and answered all my questions. I ended up agreeing to a treatment. I was scared at first because I was afraid of the pain, but it really didn't turn out to be too bad. I guess that is expected when you're lasering your bikini! I paid and everyone was really nice..and then I just left. Just that one treatment made a ton of my hair go away so I was excited to go back.

The second visit was a different story. I walked in and there were people in almost every seat, the place stunk like a bar..and.. people were asking how much longer it was going to be. The poor receptionist girls were just overwhelmed and this older woman was yelling at them. I sat there and waited because I didn't have any more appointments that day and I just listened to this woman repremand these younger receptionist girls like there was no tomorow-one looked like she was going to cry!-that is until the managers cellphone rang and she had to leave her desk to talk on the phone- hah! Anyway I felt really bad for them. I waited for what seemed like forever and listened to all the other people sitting with me complain... but I finally got in after almost 40mins..it was a different girl this time than the last one that treated me but she was really nice and it totally didn't hurt as much when she did it. The only complaint I have during the procedure is that I think the phone rang twice..which I think is really unprofessional. To be honest, my hair is almost gone-that's the reason I'm okay with going back. If I were you I would go check out other places because I assume there are other places in manhattan that would give you good results. The prices are kind of high and they obviously need a new manager and an interior designer!

...Romeo and Juliette's response to my review is proof to how rude they treat their patients. Sorry I wasn't one of the people that day who threw a fit and rescheduled my appointment..and when I wrote an honest review they accuse me of lying. I will not be returning to this place.

Wonderful Laser Hair Removal. I've been a customer of Romeo & Juliette for more than two years now and this is my first review. What makes me keep going back is the excellent customer service.

Getting rid of hair on my body was a big thing for me as I was sick of waxing and I hated shaving. I was looking for a reliable place. Then I checked City Search and found R&J. I trusted the reviews and I was not wrong. During my initial consultation, I was given a realistic overview of my situation. The technicians that treated me were always kind and professional. Chris and Ulya were super nice and helpful. I had to reschedule appointments a few times and they were always ready to work with my schedule. Most importantly, they always listened to my concerns and made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of my treatment.

I cannot recommend R&J more highly. I think it was the best decision I made in my life. Run , don't walk :)

Fantastic on every count. My experience at R&J was wonderful and I couldn't recommend them more highly. At the time of my consultation, I was on a medication that made me more light sensitive. The doctor who prescribed it was totally ready to laser me the moment I was off the medicine but Chris said he wouldn't treat me until I had been off it for six months to be extra safe. He didn't know if I would trust my doctor and choose to do it sooner rather than later and thus lose my business but he put safety first. I have so much respect and appreciation for that. The lasering experience was great. My technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was always a pleasure to see Chris and Ulya, who are such lovely people. The atmosphere is great too. And it's been incredibly liberating to have completely smooth skin after decades of having coarse, dark hair covering the whole of my legs. It's life changing.
