Loved the whole jade experience. I loved the body scrub by Heidi. She was fantastic!
I think it's great value for the services and the treatment for what i paid. It's definitely worth trying juvenex spa.
I'll leave one star out, because I thought there are little bit of room to grow.
Overall, I recommend this spa for everyone!

Unique spa... but cool.
This spa was diffferent from many other spas i've been to. They are bigger in scale compared to other spas in manhattan. We got there when the couples' hours began, so vibe seemed to be more sexy.
Great body scrub. This Korean body scrub was unique because they used milk on my body. I literally felt my entire skin rejuvenating. I think that's why it's named Juvenex. Rejuvenate?
I'd definitely recommend you guys visiting this spa. I loved it! Definitely going back.

Fantastic!.
My friend gave me gift card for the Christmas and I finally visited Juvenex. What a fantastic service! I loved the body scrub along with one hour facial. I literally left this place glowing!
Absolutely wonderful place. Excellent service!

Horrible Russian Manager in Front Desk_ Never in 5 Years. Of all my 5 years going to juvenex spa, I was never so ill treated. Their facility and the facial treatment by kim are always fantastic, however the Russian manager who works in the front desk was horrible. Her greeting turn into a debate over 35dollars that is added with other services if you also wants to use the facilities. I care less about the cost as long as I get the relaxation. That's why people go to spas, not to argue. She became aggressive. I ended up paying for my express facial and using the facility for 20 mins or so as I always have. Finally what made it worst was she made a comment in front of me in Russian to another russian staff. Never did I felt so offended and disempowered. That is a cowardly act. I don't think anything will be done about it. She seems the be the only one that speaks fluent English there. I am very disappointed. I could not imagine being treated this way especially a Korean Spa, who are known for their quality customer service. I tried to complained but it's pretty obvious the owner is not going to do anything about it. After made aware, no action was done. I go there and have always refer my friends there. I'll think twice before I'll go there again.

We have given her a warning regarding the customer service and the way she treated our customer. We value our customers, and customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of our business. I will make sure again that she understands the magnitude of this matter. Please come in for a complimentary service as I'll remind the front desk staffs.

Finally, a spa with good saunas.
Most of the spas in new york city these days have no saunas. How could they call that spa? I wanted to go to a spa with full experience and juvenex spa was perfect. Extreme igloo dry sauna was awesome!
Great massage and great customer service. I recommend this spa to everyone.

I liked the facial. The new aesthetician is great! I forgot her name, but it started with C... I hope that helps... she was young korean lady. she said she works mostly during the daytime. This is couple of times I went to juvenex, and today was the best day! I give 5 stars to juvenex cuz you made my day! And a vote for your spa!

Beautiful body scrub. Body scrub was just beautiful. VEry soothing and relaxing and at the same time I was left with glowing skin. It was very satifying experience and would recommend it anyone who hasn't had a body scrub before. Definitely juvenex is the one to have one.

Great Spa!!. My husband and I spent nice night at this spa. After dinner, we made sure all our foods were digested before we went to the spa. We were impressed by the level of service and the quality. The body scrub was excellent and loved the feeling of exfoliation. Great spa!!
