From the moment you walk into Ganache to the moment you leave, you feel as if Hoboken never was more classy or refined. The selection of pastries, sweets and goodies is vast and even one interested in a more hardy or substantial breakfast lunch or dinner would have no problem finding something tasty to eat in or take out. Live music is frequently played by always a subtle but classy musician and the entire staff is intent on making your day and your coffee as pleasant an experience as possible. Do go to Ganache, Dont wait !

Ganache is the highlight of my Hoboken experience and has been a second home to me. Amazingly friendly staff and owners, Jessica and Keith, make your experience so special. From quiches to almond croissants to yummy cinnamon muffin... breakfast at Ganache is my weekend thing. Jean Claude's cakes are also out of this world. The Ganache cake and chocolate mousse cake are my favorites. Ganache feels like Paris in Hoboken (with a little of American twist of course)
