A Great Haircut & More. When going for a haircut I am looking for one thing - a great style/cut. At Thomas Heinz that is exactly what Charlotte provide, along with much more.

Charlotte provided me with an excellent service at a hip Salon. The boutique Salon feel was fun and different than the norm. It wasn't too over-crowded or even that stuffy. The ambiance was very casual and relaxing.

I didn't know what kind of style I really wanted before getting there and my preferences can be a bit vague at times, but that's where Charlotte stepped in. She provided a fun hip cut that has gotten a few heads to turn my way already. She has a great ability to read peoples style through their personality and matching this with their cut. Not many have this ability and this I believe is a major component in sticking with a good stylist.

I will definitely be going back to try something new and fun.

Charlotte Taylor is now at Thomas Heinz!. I have never been so pampered before getting my haircut with Charlotte Taylor, who is now working part time at Thomas Heinz NY. Having checked out Charlotte's website prior to booking the appointment, I caught a good glimpse of the fashion and style that she can accomplish. The woman works wonders! Not needing something so glamorous as her model clientele, I opted for a more day to day look that Charlotte made look fantastic - even with my bedhead approach to life!

Smells Like Clean Spirit. With it's brilliant colors and sweet fragrances, this store is a vertible feast for the eyes and nose.

The decor is simply stated and has an inviting atmosphere.

The service is warm, knowledgeable and very helpul (an anomaly in itself for NYC retail). They offer a variety of unique scents (in soaps, shower gels and oils) that should satisfy even the most discriminating olfactory sensors. "Ocean" is my fav...reminds me of summer in Fair Harbor. They've got great gift sets too!

Simply Scentsational!. Oh my goodness...this streamlined jewel of store has the most incredible fragrances. There is stuff here for both men and women. The products are beautiful and simple.
