Always good.. pf changs consistently offers great food & good customer service-- hence, the hours of waiting. our recent faves include the succulent walnut shrimp with melonballs and chow fun noodles. while this place is ideal for business luncheons, group/individual dates, the hours of waiting will not fare well with those with hungry, yet high-energy toddlers.

Great food. Cheap great food here with a nice atmosphere...friendly staff with quite a sense of humor on most of them.

Food is quite delicious, basically americanized chinese food.

This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites.. In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

Long Wait, but Worth It. I don't eat chinese food, but now I do. There is always a wait to get a table, but it's worth it. The Crispy Sweet and Honey Chicken is great, good menu choice for a newbie. I would suggest an "appetizer" size for dinner, since I found the dinner portion large. Service is great, good/fast bartenders. I would like to recommend the non-alcoholic "Frappe" it's yummy! The value is great and the closer for the 5 stars was the Banana Spring Rolls dessert (get it to share, too big for one). It was heaven for me and made me forget all about my wait. What's also nice is they change their menu and offer variety. The tea is wonderful too! Check it out..
