Stay AWAY!!. Jordan Kaplan is an absolute as*h%le! i'm sure the dog walkers are nice but they are just getting paid minimum wage till they find a real job. Jordan takes advantage of everyone possible and will screw you the second he gets the chance. I would never use them...he should be shut down. yes your pets are alive but 10 people are getting screwed in the process by some prick.

Returned from a long trip to a happy cat!. My sitter Jen from Petaholics took the time to email me updates on how our cat was doing as well as send a couple pictures. Thank you!

The whole experience has been caring and professional!. I moved to the city a year and a half ago from connecticut. I have two dogs, and I was concerned about being in the city and finding a trustworthy company. I found petaholics from an internet search and from the first encounter found them to be professional and caring. They looked to meet my needs specifically.

We setup a meeting for the dog walker to meet my dogs. They were very professional and treated the dogs with respect. I have had a great experience choosing them to take care of my dogs. They have gone beyond just that experience though. When my dogs were sick they took them to the vet. They have dropped off the dogs at the groomers and picked them up again. Petaholics is very good about overnight needs.

Petaholics is very responsive. We did a short commercial for them online because we are so pleased. The key is that they are very professional and responsive. They are really keen on developing a relationship not just with me but with my dogs as well.

Top notch from the very first phone call!. From the very first phone call I made into Petaholics about their dog walking service, I knew this was the kind of company I was going to do business with. My experience with every aspect of Petaholics, from the care they give to my little dog pico, the communication to me about their walks with him and their expertise when I have questions and issues about my dog has been extraordinary and invaluable to me. I have recommended Petaholics to friends who are now using their service. Thank you, Petaholics for all you've done for me and my dog, Pico and for the peace of mind you allow me while I'm away from my apartment at work.

Jordan Has been very helpful to me when I have had questions about Pico. I have taken advantage of Jordan's experience as a dog trainer.

Christine pico's walker is the best. She is so trustworthy, loving to my dog, wonderful communicator, very responsive and positive and encouraging. Christine, you are greatly appreciated!

Will Recommend. Reliable company with great people!

I have Petaholics feed my pets when I go away. I have used them for at least 3 years. They are reliable. The people who work for Petaholics are very good; thye like animals. I have never had any problems. Petaholics is an easy company to work with. Great people work for the company.

WILL RECOMMEND!. My dog Jamie and I are very happy with our current walker and customer service is great.

After a somewhat rough start with a walker who did not meet expectations, I am now extremely happy with the service and our current walker. My dog is so excited when she arrives and the exercise has been wonderful for her. All of my interactions with Petaholics staff have been congenial.

They are very responsive to customers (changed my first dog walker immediately) and answer my emails rapidly. I highly recommend Petaholics!

Dog Walking at its finest!. I have been a client of petaholics for 4.5 years, ever since moving to NYC from CT Petaholics was the first company I contacted and from day 1 have had not a single thing go wrong. My dog gets private walks from the same dog walker (I've had only 3 different people in 4.5 years) and always a report is left behind with what they did for the day. They build trust, are extremely flexible, and I feel 100% confident with my dog in their care. They have since added many other services, and while I have not utilized them, I would expect they are up to the high standard they employ in their dog-walking business. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a company that is flexible, easy to communicate with, and has dog walkers that genuinely care about their individual pet.

VERY HAPPY!. I recently used petaholics for two weeks.. Kathryn walked my dog fergus (8 yr old chocolate lab). i was very happy with the service, and knew fergus was in good hands with kathryn. I will definitely use your service again

BIASED DOG WALKER. I contacted this company in hopes of finding someone who was going to be open minded and reliable.

However after speaking to the dog walker assigned to me about meeting with myself and my dog I never heard back from him. Not until I spoke with the owner did I find out the reason was because of the dogs breed, a pitbull...

WOW why am i not surprised.

You would think that a company whose job it is to care for animals and provide a service, would have people who are a bit more open minded then to judge a dog based on a breed.

It is very sad and frustrating that the one place that should welcome all socialized dogs regardless of the breed is just like every close minded person in the world.

Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else who is looking for someone to care for there animal.

Who knows maybe its my fault for getting a Pit bull ,next time ill try a labradoodle!..LOL.
