Immediate Service. My bedroom carpet got flooded from a leak. I had the technician in my home the same afternoon. The carpet was dry cleaned by Apex and dry that evening.......Fantastic work!

Best Customer Service. Customer service is very important to me. Apex provided me with great customer service when they cleaned my dining room area rug . The cleaner was professional and in uniform when he came to pick up my rug. I was given a return date and was promised it would be returned on that date. They returned my rug and even placed it down under my table. I could'nt have asked for better service.

Very satisfied with Upholstery cleaning. The crew from Apex impressed me with their service. Very high quality cleaning service. My sofa and upholstered chairs were filthy with dirt. The technicians worked a very long time to make sure the fabric was completly cleaned. Great service like this is very hard to find in New York.

New York Carpet Cleaning. Apex provided me with the best carpet cleaning experience I ever had. My carpet is very light beige color. It wasn't cleaned for about a year. When my son threw up I knew it needed to be cleaned right away. I am very happy with the cleaning. The carpet looks so much cleaner . It is amazing what a difference one cleaning can make.

Best Sofa Cleaning Around!. Apex's technician came yesterday to clean my two sofas that were very dirty. When he was done they looked like NEW! What a difference in the way the sofa looks. I plan to use your company again soon.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!. The people working at Apex are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They picked up four oriental rugs two weeks ago for cleaning. I was so satisfied with the cleaning that I send three more rugs for cleaning.
