Great Day Spa Experience

So many Day spas in New York City opening allover, its really great, but the problem is that you don’t really want to find out by wasting time and money, how bad the service could be, since the price is so cheap … I went to one of the so called great Day Spa, in New York, advertised it’s services online with real discounted prices, the price was great, however, I regret it till today, since the service was exactly the same as the price, low grade and disgusting. Yes I admit I got what I paid for!!!!

I received a Spa Gift Certificate from my Mother, for my Birthday, honestly I wasn’t really happy with the present, based on my previous spa experience. The Gift Certificate was from Le Cachet Skin Care and Laser Center Spa in New York City. When I went to Le Cachet Day Spa, it’s superceded all my expectations, it was a great relaxed service and a great surprise to compare to my last spa experience so called spa week deal. The place was real clean, the Staff at Le Cachet Spa was great, professional, caring and most importantly I received a relaxing enjoyable day spa package. I enjoyed every moment spent at Le Cachet Spa.

Yes I highly recommend Le Cachet Day Spa in New York City, and yes, the Spa package I received , was also a discounted price, however the service was not discounted, I received a 100% performance, Thank you Le Cachet staff, keep up with your quality service and people like me will always return.

Thank you Le Cachet Day Spa

Just got engaged wow, finally… can’t believe it, My boyfriend proposed me at Le Cachet Day Spa, while sitting in the Jacuzzi massage chair with a glass of delicious vine, getting an amazing Chocolate Pedicure with my boyfriend. Than, he got up bear footed, got down on his knees, and popped the magic words. I said YES!!. I am going to Le Cachet Day Spa in New York City, for over two years now, I enjoy every moment there, the staff is great, professional, makes you feel like this is your exclusive day, the best facials I get only at Le Cachet Day Spa, my boyfriend and I, received a great facial, followed by a wonderful couples massage in a cozy, romantic, private candle light room, it was great., yes my boyfriend brought my favored songs on a CD with him, so during our massage our favorite music was playing, I love you Steven!!!! It was a perfect day a perfect pleace to pop the question……me and my boyfriend definitely will go back to Le Cachet Day Spa, and also highly recommended to anyone who cares about quality service at a quiet affordable prices. Thank you Julia and Mila, you were just great!!!!

Its so hard to answer to someone, who is not only a liar, but also is very angry individual!!!!!

She writes that she was a long time customer who never liked our services: Well, NO ONE SIGNES UP FOR A SERIES OF TEN FACIALS, IF YOU DON’T LIKE THEIR SERVICES !!! SO SHE IS LIYING ALREADY…You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see its nothing more than an Angry person who didn’t get her way….

Further She writes:… always after facials she received by Le Cachet, her face was breaking out….than later she writes, I only had one facial and I never returned!!!!!!! So she doesn’t even realize that she just lied again!!!!!

The truth is, that this so called ANGRY Client had no problem with our Facials, in contrary, after her first facial, at the front desk she said, that she never had such a great facial, and only after she purchased the package of ten facials……., Until she decided to move to an other State and demanded her money back. For the unused portion of her package.

Since our policy, is no Refunds, she went crazy, using inappropriate language, and as you can see writing an angry, with full of lies review, without even realizing that she herself contradicting what she is writing. Nothing is wrong with our Facials, for over Ten years we had nothing but happy clients , except some Angry individuals or occasional Competitions’ who would bad mouth us.

Yes, she blackmailed us, if we do not return her money she will make sure no one will come to us after she finished writing about us...., as you can see she kept her word.

I looked to see if there was an option for 0 stars, but unfortunately I had to give one to write this review, but given the choice it would be a big fat nothing for Le Cachet. I had been a customer in the past, and was never satisfied with the facials I got. And for the PRICE, I should have been leaving with baby bottom smooth glowing skin from the heavens. Instead, I always broke out in rashes and acne after the facial for about a week (wait, aren't facials supposed to make your skin BETTER?). Regardless, because of how much they TALK about how great their services are, in a lunatic state of exhaustion with trying to find new places in NYC, I signed up and pre-paid for ten facials. I used one but never went back because I was so unhappy with the results, and discovered they lied to me about their products being all organic. YEAH, RIGHT. I did research on my own, called the companies and researched on the internet, only to discover that the products they sold me/used on me all contained sodium lauryl sulfate and other crap, which is why my face broke out all the time after their facials. That stuff is poison for your skin, and yet they kept insisting to me that 'No, no, your skin will be BEAUTIFUL, all organic all organic'

THIS IS THE KICKER: Get ready for it....So I had to move somewhere else, and remembered that I still had all that money left over from the facials I didn't use, so called to tell them this, and get my money back from the unused services. Apparently the owner (whose last name the lady on the phone didn't know? SHADY) was out of town for a month and a half, and no one could speak to me about giving it back to me. they said only he could refund it, if he would refund it at all (WHAT?). Then the final kick of it, she proceeded to talk to me about God and how he protects their salon, so it didn't matter if I was an unhappy customer and having a bad experience. WOW.

DO NOT GO HERE, I never write posts, this is my first one ever, and I specifically created an account so I could detail how horrible this place is.

LOVED ITTT!

I went here yesterday with my mother. Most amazing mother/daughter day we ever had. It was so relaxing (and she never relaxes). I had a great pedicure or "facial for your feet" which included lots of scrubs and a foot mask. The place was beautiful and very comfortable! My mother got a facial from Sophia. When my mom came out of the room, you could tell right away her face was glowing, and i'm not just talking about her big smile! Anyone who complains about the pain or money of a spa treatment like this should really consider the fantastic results! Her and I will absolutely return again! My feet are soft and smooth and my mom can't stop touching her face in amazement! THANK YOU LE CACHET!!!!
