Horrible Movers - liars - Fake movers - all my furniture was broken - liars - they charge me 3 times the price - please do not use them - this is an HORRIBLE MOVERS .

great moving company

this company was easy to set an appointment with for my moving day. the crew showed up on time with the moving truck, and all of the moving equipment needed. I was able to relax and watch them move my bed, couch, furniture, etc. everything was a big relief... and the cost was not bad at all.

Good on the ground, Bad communication

Although the movers were very professional and did a good job of packaging furniture as necessary, communication from the office left much to be desired. Boxes were not delivered when scheduled, calls were not returned, information was not provided with regard to a piano that was being moved to another state and resolving issues regarding damaged items was a long and laborious process. All in all, I would try someone else first.

• Pros: Good folks on the ground
• Cons: Bad communication from the office

Not a good move

I thought it would be convenient to use Moves, since I had to put my stuff in storage. They were two hours late delivering my stuff, then they didn't sign my things out of storage like they were supposed to, so I was getting charged an extra month on my storage room. They were reasonably priced, but not worth it.
