Will go back. Great bar, great prices, great beer selection, great atmosphere - EXCEPT for the bartender. I went on a monday night a few weeks ago - the bartender looked like the living dead and acted like it too. Rude, arrogant, lazy, and slow. I don't know what the owner was thinking when he/she hired him. So I will be avoiding Mondays. But the place itself was great so I will definately be giving it another chance.....

Perfect if you want a place to relax. Good selection of beer and not overpriced. Everyone here tends to be really friendly. The jukebox is pretty good and there are enough tvs so you can watch a couple different games. Good mix of ages and pretty close to 50/50 girls/guys on weekends.

My favorite low key neighborhood Pub. I've been going here for several years and it's my favorite neighborhood pub. It has a great selection of beers that they are constantly changing, so if you are a beer drinker than this is the place for you. The bartenders are always friendly, and the place is totally low key (not trendy in anyway) - the perfect place to unwind after work.

Neighborhood Pub at its Best. Keeley's is the perfect place to watch the game, hang out and have a few drinks. The bartenders know their stuff - from the 30 something beers to mixed drinks. Great as a neighborhood bar or for a private party. There is a pretty good bar menu available for appetizers. Perfect place to bring the team after a game or to hang out with friends.

Operating Room Or Bar. Probably one of the most sterile environments I've been in. The decor is trying to be I rish but it all looks too well placed. The low stools cause back problems, if I want to be that low to the floor I will drink myself there. Speaking of drinks how about cleaning those taps out once in awhile. At least the staff was friendly. Just don't make last call sell me a drink and then try to kick me out two minutes later.

Fun!!!. George Keeley's is fun, cheap, people are nice, good music, darts, and now they serve food. Me and some friends rented it out for a party and had a blast. It's the classiest irish bar in the city.

Friendly staff. I've started making George Keeley's my local haunt for two main reasons. They've got a great happy hour special all week long ($2.50 pints from 4-8) and a super friendly staff. Another great thing about this place is that it's always pretty clean and fresh looking--a remarkable idea for a bar.

Class Act. After stumbling upon this hidden gem on my way to meeting my friends at another local bar. I immediatly called and told them to come up the street. What a GREAT time we had. Plenty of seating, warm cosy atmosphere, and what a great beer selection! Just what the West Side needed. We will cheers again as I surely will be back!

Best of the Upper West. Great low key environment, excellent service and a great selection of fine beers and liquors. On of the few bars in the area where the 20's and 30's + crowds come together successfully. Much needed addition to Amsterdam Avenue!
