Good Food, Bad Customer Service.
Good food but the customer service is lacking. I called in an order of chicken rollatine. On the menu it says ROLLATINE only. When I ordered I said ROLLATINE, thinking I was getting a Chicken. When I received the order, the chicken rollatine was an Eggplant Rollatine.
When I called the restaurant to tell them about it, they told me I ordered wrong and did not specify which rollatine I wanted. I guess they expect you to know the whole menu (I thought that was the restaurant's job). On top of that they wanted me to pay extra for the chicken rollatine. I told them I should not have to pay extra because they messed up my order. Again they told me I ordered wrong and did not tell them chicken or eggplant. It never occured to them that it's there job to ask the customer which one they prefer. Which I mentioned and the guy replied, "We don't have the time to ask people that." Basically, Benito's has no time for the customers.
Finally I went down do the restaurant with the eggplant rollatine and told them I wanted my money back. They said we do not give cash refunds back, apparently it's policy. Never thought a restaurant would actually have a policy of bad customer service.
I did get a restaurant credit for my meal though, so now, unfortunately, I have to go back for more meal and then never again.
