So worth the splurge.... I signed up on citysearch just to leave a rave review of this place. I went to La Prairie Spa for the first time because I got a gift card for Christmas. It was THE best gift ever. The massage was amazing, but really, really, what reaaaally took the cake was the Facial. Oh the facial, now I'm so spoiled I can never go anywhere else for one. And at $150 per facial it aint a cheap experience, but it's sooo worth it. My friends know me for being a bit frugal, but when you leave, you look and feel radiant and it's soo worth it. When you're ready to really treat yourself and look and feel fantastic, go!!

The Best Facial. My sister and I visited this spa for her birthday. It was an absolutely luxurious experience. We did the body scrub, 1 hr massage, and the facial treatments. All were first class. The facial is especially good--very cleansing, you leave there literally glowing.

Heaven in a tiny place called La Prairie. What an experience. I went for the full Privacy Reserve package which includes a facial, swedish massage, manicure, pedicure and a gourmet lunch (with champagne if you ask for it). It was amazing. The service people are so friendly and professional. They kept asking me for anything that I wanted. I also got a chance to try the La Prairie products and I am really impressed with the quality. The lay out of the spa is very beautiful and relaxing, if only perhaps a bit small on a busy Sunday. Overall I give this a 10/10... but be ready to spend a lot of money on the experience. My facial (inculding extractions) was glwoing without ANY usual marks on my face. The manicure and pedicure are fantastic. Rachel is extremely sweet and gives the best french manicure I've ever had in my life. I was extremely happy afterwards. Even my lunch was delicious and fresh. I would probably book during the week next time when its less crowded just because i like the serenity of a less crowded waiting room, but honestly, they do a good job and making everyone feel relaxed while waiting for their session to start.

heavenly. great service.. very knowledgebale.... my bridal party all enjoys this luxery spa. As i walked out my skin was glowing i felt as if i was just touched by heaven.

My facial.... i went to the spa yesterday for a facial. while i loved the spa itself, and my facialist was a really great person, i am not so sure that i would return for a facial. my skin was not 'glowing' as other reviewrs said and this morning there were actualy some dry patches on my face. i was also unsure as to the level of extractions....perhaps it is that i am used to more extracting.

i was also not asked about beverages or music...all they had were 2 pitches of water and some fruit. they were very generous with samples, and i did buy some products as well. overall, it's a great environment and you will certainly be pampered by your therapist, so i do recommend it. however, if you are used to a more thorough facial, you may be disappointed.

A Mystical Experience!. My Facial treatment at La Prairie was fabulous. The service was impeccable, and the products are one of the best if not the best. My skin was glowing for weeks. I will certainly recommend La Prairie Spa to anyone.

Superb!!. This is the only way to experience a spa treatment! I have had a facial and a massage at La Prairie. Best I've ever had!! The ambiance is incredible...the service is superb! The therapists are excellent! La Prairie products are the best out there! It's worth every penny if you want to pamper yourself! I will definitely be back!!

Heaven. Had the most amazing time with my girlfriends!!! It was the perfect get away in the city. Everyone was so friendly and nice. I felt as if everyone knew me by name. The services are excellent. I have been to serveral spa's in the city and this by far is the most clean, professional and private. I highly recommend this to all my friends.

What a mind blowing spa experience!!!. A group of friends and I went to the la prairie spa after a couples recommendation and they were right, service, luxury and beauty describes what we experienced. Upon making my reservation the receptionist recognized I was booking a group and began to ask several questions. Much to my surprise the spa warmly greeted us upon arrival and whisked us away to the lounge where they had champagne and gourmet munchies for us to enjoy. Our services were fantastic, and I was blown away when I saw Jennifer Aniston walking down the hallway of the spa!!!! I did not realize this is a celebrity hideaway. Upon departure the gracious staff had goodie bags for all of us and wished for our return. This is definitely a spa I will return to alone, with my spouse or even my mother!!!!!
