Had an appt to have my carpet cleaned. This guy was a no call, no show. When I called after hours of waiting, he gives me a lame excuse of his calls to me not going through. I'd received all other calls that day, but his magically didn't go through. He was unprofessional and immature. If you can't keep an appt, all you have to do is say so. Making up silly lies is for children, not businessmen. What a joke. NEVER again.
