Excellent service. I am a relatively new client here. It is not a very fancy spa but the level of service is what I go back for. I go both for Brazilians and for European Facials and I highly recommend both. I like that they do a very thorough pore cleaning/extractions. I have to go about every 4-5 weeks mostly and it cleared up my skin well. The products are gentle too with not too much scent, which would bother me personally. Overall good experience.

Good...but not great. I had a brazilian wax here the other day. I have to say, I was expecting the best wax ever based on the previous comments. But, I have to say, it got the job done but I was not impressed with the manner in which it was administered. I have been to spas such as Red Door and Saks fifth Ave and the professionalism far outweighed what was given here at DLK. I felt like I was at a GYN appt rather then a Brazilian Wax session. The therapist did not show good discretion at all with covering my private area appropriately when working on me. I had to pull the disposable underwear over my genital area on my own prompting not hers. I've had Brazilians over the years, but never like this. very dissappointed. Yes, she did get the hair off well, but their is a dignity that should go along with this very personal treatment type. I will refrain from mentioning the therapists name because I do not want to bash her. However, with her YEARS of experience...she should have known better. I will not be coming back..sorry.

Great Facial!. I booked a European facial with Angela and it was amazing! She is very professional and has tons of experience. The facial was great, I don't think my skin has ever felt so smooth! I love the products they used on me. They are very accomodating. I would highly recommend them for this service, and I plan to go back. The only downside was that the facility itself is run down and needs to be renovated, but that doesn't take away from the service.
