I have to say I am so dissapointed with the customer service in Eleni's store. The employee who took care of of the other night was rude and short with both myself and my kids. I go to the chelsea market all the time and I could not belive she was treating us this way. I asked for a manager but was told they had none. I think they better remeber who are there neighbors and never forget they are here because of our support. Will never go back again!

Mail-ordered cookies are bland and stale. I ordered them twice and was disappointed both times. Not worth the price.
