GREAT PRICES GREAT SERVICE.
Frame works was recommended by a friend. I read the reviews and was a little leery.
I decided I would make my own determination and not take into account posted rants.
I AM GLAD I DID!
I found them to be nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were more than reasonable and the service great.
I will return and recommend this place.
Employee A steals artwork that Employee B gives away.
Its bad enough they employed someone who came up with a scheme to steal a valuable Warhol of mine and did it with the "unknowing" help of another idiot working in the store. -She was convicted by a jury in 20 minutes, but its REALLY dumb and shows how irresponsible and reckless the owner of this place is, to continue to employee the idiot who never asked to see a receipt or an ID and simply handed off my art to someone KNOWING how valuable it was. You'd have thought he would have at least called me?
And the owner of the shop?
Still trying to weasel out of taking responsibility for the huge loss he caused me.

My go-to place. I have used this company many times in the past. They have always done a great job. Framed some expensive prints (large in size, 10 in number) and did a fantastic job. Special ordered the materials I wanted for the frames. I would recommend them!
Great Work Helpful Service.
You can't please all of the people all of the time. BUT THEY SURE DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME ! I have done work with these guys several times always with really good results. Several times I brought in work that I
needed a quick turnaround on and they did a wonderful job at a good price. The owner is a very knowlagable guy in my opinion. He went out of his way to get me sample of a frame that they didn't usually carry. I ended up not ordering that one but ordering a much cheaper frame at his suggestion!
Hey ... It's all good for me and I will continue to use them!
You'll Be Sorry.
Hmmm how about one of their employees stealing my extremely valuable print with her boyfriend and being arrested ?
Is that enough to keep you away from this place?
If not, how about I haven't heard from their insurance company yet ?
If that doesn't do it, then you deserve everything you're going to get from this place.
Worst Service, Overpriced,. FRAMEWORKS. I also ignored the bad reviews I read about this place, and went anyway. My wife and I had an ok experience at this place the 1st 2 times we used their services, We were in a pinch and the employee helped on the spot, BOTH TIMES! We got our frames done in an hour! He said it would be museum guality framing and he also helped os fix one of our prints! We found out later he used low grade materials, and we were disqualified! cardboard and glue? we brought our pieces back to be redone, and i guess we were bothering him and he told us we paid for a RUSH SERVICE. I left, and called 100's of times, never got a call back. !!!!!! The worst service ever. Not a professional establishment. Cheap and shoddy work, in consistant prices and workmanship! Managed by a high school level worker knowlege of framing!!!!! I would recommend instead to go Pearl Paint to get framing done. They charge half as much and did a great job!
Inept and inefficient service award goes to.....
FRAMEWORKS.
I've had the worst customer service experiences of my life with these people. It took three attempts and me six months and 1000 phone calls and visits to get them to frame a picture. The first time I asked for two pictures to be framed. They didn't write it down correctly so only one was framed (2 months) the second attempt it was framed in the wrong material so didn't match (2 months) which they still have and third time they forgot to place the order (2 months).
I went despite hearing a bad report (They didn't show up for an appointment on New Years Eve and then tried to charge $750. To hang a painting!!)
BE WARNED!! My job was incredibly simple and I've been trying to get the piece back for six months. Mind boggling ineptitude! And quite expensive framing too. Finda an alternative.
