I am customer of the Sungate NY Travel for 5 years. They open an account for me. So they know what I am eating, which seats I like to seat, which airlines I like to flight. Before I told them they put my Frequent Flyer number to system so I can use my points for upgrade to business class or for free tickets. They're really helpful and nice. If you flight a lot like me you need a travel agency you can call them anytime when you need. Thanks to Sungate Ny Travel. Especially to Matt
