WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered from bread and company - they messed up the order and instead of owning up to it, they wanted ME to bring back their old order so that they could "see" how they forgot the MAIN ingrediant in the order!

what happened to service in the city ???

food was also small portion for the price

Overcharged, bad service. I work with folks who have banned this place for lunch because of the exact reasons I write. Employees have zero customer service and their prices are are o.k. one day and then sky rocket the next. Depending on who helps you..

Ex: Salad station,I have gotten the same salad, same toppings every time, yet the price changes. If you try to ask 'Why' or partly state your case, he turns away or interrupts you. It's a shame because I do feel the quality of food is pretty good. But when you're not able to enjoy a lunch sitting, down, you hope that at least those behind the counter are being fair and friendly. When it comes to lunch, I'd rather walk 10 blocks in the freezing cold rain than go back here.

Who can I thank for the terrible service and being overcharged?. My coworkers have regularly refused to accompany me to Bread and Co. compaining about the poor service. I've tried to reason that the great food makes up for the lack of service. But, after my experence today, I've finally concluded that poor service and being overcharged surpass any incentive for spending money there.

After getting lunch there 2-3 times a week and being charged different prices for the same food (Caeser Salad, $4.95 on the menu), I was charged about 40% more for my food today and asked for an adjustment. I was met by a rolling of eyes and a gruff "wait till I get through the line, then I can help you". There were 10+ people in line. When I pointed to the length of the line, I was met by another wonderfully exasperated (translate - what the f*** do you want) look.

Management - can I recommend that you get rid of prices on your menu since your employees don't seem

to comprehend the concept?
