Editorial Review. Fine sandwiches, soups, coffees, gift baskets, more delivered from seven Manhattan locations. Corporate party trays, full-scale event catering. Online ordering.
Poor Customer Service.
The staff at the 3rd Ave location make frequent mistakes on orders and seem to have no problem serving food that has gone bad. My co-workers and I have complained about these problems and nobody (even the manager) cares. We were told that we were not entitled to a refund on spoiled food because "it doesn't work that way."
One of the staff tried to serve food out of the garbage one night before closing claiming that it was okay because he "just put it in there." This place is WAY too expensive for them to be serving food from the garbage.

Horrible Customer Service at 3rd avenue.
I visit Devon & Blakely at location 780 3rd Avenue @ 49th St, NY,NY 10017 everyday for lunch.
The cashier's there are extremely rude & rash & keep laughing looking at me & my friends all the time,(god knows what they find so funny) even after i complained to the manager regarding this issue over the phone & emailed them.
There is still no improvement in customer service and this makes me reconsider my loyalty at this location of theirs.Theis soups & salads are good but because of bad service to customers i stopped going there.
I & my office colleagues thereby decided to write this review about this location as i want to share my experience with others.
