I was first introduced to Bridal Reflections about 8 years ago when my youngest sister was married. She had a large bridal party and Bridal Reflections bent over backwards to accommodate not only the bride but all of the attendants as well. As a bridal planner I was so impressed with their service and selection I have continued to recommend Bridal Reflections to my clients ever since. This is a family run business that takes tremendous pride in everything they do. They have three locations Massapequa, Carle Place and Manhattan, the selection varies from one salon to another so you would be well served to consider their advice regarding the appropriate location to meet your specific needs and budget.

If you have the opportunity to visit their new Manhattan salon on 5th Ave at west 28th street I can promise you will be awe struck the minute you step off the elevator, every inch of that store sparkles!! Not to sound cliche but I absolutely felt like a kid in a candy store when I first saw the place. To say it is impressive would be an understatement.

After 8 years and many, many brides of all tastes and budgets Bridal Reflections has exceeded my expectations every single time. You will not be disappointed.

The Dress of My Dreams!

I cannot even begin to say enough great things about Bridal Reflections. I sincerely believe that had I gone anywhere else, I would not have felt like a beautiful bride.

First, the salon itself is amazing. The gowns are simply sublime. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I was the only bride in the salon. Of course that's not the case, there are hundreds, thousands of brides getting married, but it didnt feel that way to me. They made me feel so special. They worked with my budget, my body issues and all the little details that ended up in just gorgeous. They showed me patience and respect and didnt bring me anything I couldnt afford or that would have looked silly or too young (I'm in my mid30s). They asked all the right questions.

I tried on about 15 -20 dresses, and right off the bat they brought me exactly what I was looking for, and I fell in love with like 3....and then they brought me THE DRESS. Wasnt really what I was looking for, for one thing it was strapless. But the saleslady listened very carefully to what I was saying, and realized above all I wanted something different. The dress was so breathtaking on the hanger that I was compelled to try it on. It was transformative. The other looks I was going for I have seen on a jillion brides and while I liked the way those looked on me, they didnt have the wow factor. This one did. We added a stunning jewel and crystal encrusted belt that took it to a whole new level.

I could go on and on about my dress, but I cant stress enough the service and attention to detail I received from the staff at BR. I work in retail. There are people you just cannot please, and usually they are the most vocal. There have been countless times where a customer has thanked me so profusely, but it rarely gets acknowledged. I am writing this to let prospective brides out there know that they will NOT be sorry about a trip to Bridal Reflections. From the initial consultation to the final fitting, it was great! Seriously! It could not have gone better. Today is my four month anniversary and every time I look at my pictures (which I do like every other day!) I am overwhelmed with the joy of they day and how fantastic my dress turned out. I did not have one bridezilla moment, I am happy to say, and I think that had everything to do with how excited I was to marry my husband and wear my dress! My experience was perfect!! Good luck to all of you brides - it goes by much too quickly!

Best Bridal Service Around!

I got married last June and I bought EVERYTHING from Bridal Reflections in NYC. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated like a princess. I was assisted in finding my dream wedding dress and everything there after. It was nice because I was able to shop for the accessories such as the veil, headpiece, shoes, and custom jewlery at the same store. I loved being able to put my gown on while shopping for the other pieces, it made it very convenient.

The seamstress did a fabulous job altering my gown which was no easy task with all of the detailed bead work on it. There was not a moment where I felt uneasy with any part of my wedding gown.

My mother, bridesmaids, and flower girls purchashed their gowns from the Carle Place store. They staff was just as wonderful. The girls in the Bridesmaid's department were so helpful and knowledgable. My family and friends could not have been happier with their experience.

To all of the Bride's to be....I highly recommend that you go to Bridal Reflections for anything that you may need! Good Luck!!!
