A challenging prenatal yoga class- Angela Imhoff is excellent. Classes get packed and the rooms are a bit small but the class is worth it.
Pros: Great teachers
Cons: Room gets packed and is too warm

loved this place..highly recommended....I didn't feel like I was falling behind in the class. I enjoyed myself for the first time.
