The food here is quite good -- especially their Tom Yum soup. The problem is that they have an incredibly outdated delivery area which covers most of the Upper West Side but doesn't actually serve the neighborhood where they reside. Very disappointing bias -- they should keep up with the times. They are missing out on a lot of hungry people with few dining choices around 110th and CPW/Frederick Douglass!

My boyfriend and I dined at Lime Leaf one night when we were looking to try something new. The restaurant ambience was serene and inviting, though our table was a bit small and the seating wasn't very comfortable. I had nowhere to put my purse and so it sat on my lap while we dined. We ordered the Shrimp & Chicken Steamed Dumplings with Sweet Soy Chilli Sauce to start and not only was the presentation impressive, but they were also pretty decent. While we waited for our main entrees, our waitress served some type of airy, light chips with a slightly spicy but tangy, sweet dipping sauce. I wasn't feeling too adventurous that night, so I tried to play it safe by ordering the lobster ravioli. Again, I was impressed by the presentation of the food, though it wasn't one of the best meals I've had, it wasn't terrible either. Because Thai portions are small, my dining partner and I had room for dessert and we ordered the Tiramisu and Banana ? (I cannot recall the name but it was spectacular). Yet again, the presentation was an A+. The prices were reasonable, the meal was okay, the dessert was great and the service was good. I wouldn't say I'd love to go back to Lime Leaf. If I were in the neighborhood, I'd probably try another restaurant. However if I were looking to just have dessert, I'd probably stop in and sample another interesting concoction.
Pros: nice setting, great presentation, good service
Cons: uncomfortable seating, awkward restroom location
