Expert Classical Pilates Instruction & a Warm Community

Peter, Phoebe, and the rest of the instructors at PSYG are truly fantastic. I have practiced pilates since 1994 and have never received instruction that is as challenging and beneficial (physically and mentally) as that which I get here. They know their stuff (all of them - I've never had such consistently strong instruction from all teachers at a given studio), and you will get personalized instruction regardless of whether you're in an individual session or a small group one. On top of the fantastic instruction, you'll also get to be part of what I have found is a really lovely and supportive community. I cannot recommend PSYG enough.

Fantastic studio for pilates and yoga

Maxine and Peter Roel run an amazing studio. I have been practicing yoga with Maxine and pilates with Peter for over 7 years and have thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from each and every class. The classes are small and the instruction tailored to my needs. They kept me strong and healthy through 3 pregnancies and helped me bounce quickly back into shape each time. The atmosphere in all the classes is warm and supportive from both teachers and clients alike. I can not recommend PSGY highly enough!

I have studied yoga for many years with many teachers and know no other on this level of understanding and appreciation of body mechanics and anatomy. This is yoga for those who want to move with health and intelligence/ If you're interested in stunts and drama , this is not for you, although it is certainly filled with the fun of movement/ If you're interested in moving with integrity and foregoing injury - then join us.
