Best Italian restaurant in NYC. Piatto D' Oro II is delicious! I love them and the staff is amazingly friendly. They remember me everytime I stepp foot in the door. Just the thought of the food here makes me salavate. Everything and I mean everything at this restaurant is delectable!!

A loud manager!!!!!. The food is ok, but the retro (is amoreeee) music has to go. the manager keeps her white dog in the restaurant, but let the H...th Dept. deal with that. she talks too loud on the phone while taking delivery orders and treats her employees pretty bad, but not my business. overall food is nothing to call the Pope about but not bad either. is like being inside a Fellini movie, because the manager, so it helps to have a drink before getting there and enjoy the show. lol

food is good, service the first time great,....second time disappointed. I had the shrimp scampi...delicioso!!! My husband had the veal marsala....he knows good food!!! he loved it!!! The following week i brought my two adult daughters, they were also impressed, however, the shrimp scampi i had the first time had 6 shrimps but this time only 5 shrimps.... i told the waiter about it and he just joked about it. he said "maybe the shrimp got stuck in the pan."...i didn't think that was funny. Also i asked to be sitted towards the back....they claimed the tables were reserved but, noone ever came in to eat....except for take out. There was noone in the back....disappointed!!!

As I said the food was great....but the service was disappointing...

who'd have thought HARLEM could have the BEST PIZZA.... my boyfriend and i are pizza snobs and this was seriously the best pizza ever!!! thin and tasy. they delivered it quickly and its not expensive. i am sooo happy i found them!
