I took my cat to the clinic because my old vet is too far away to drag Mitzi to every time she needs to go to the doctor. I called to make an appointment and spoke with an extremely unpleasant rude and unhelpful assistant. I made the appointment anyway and chalked up the phone experience to the assistant having a bad day. BUT! nothing changed when I came over with my sick cat. they were mean and impatient with me, handled Mitzi roughly and left me completely in the dark as to what was going on and what they were doing. This obscurity was then also reflected in the bill which included treatment I was not told about or agreed to and which was very expensive (honestly though- no more expensive than any other vet I've been to). I wouldn't take my pet rock to "Oliver's", I'd rather spend an extra $20-30 on a cab to take me to my old vet who treated me and my cat kindly and professionally.
Pros: Only vet in East Harlem
Cons: Staff, Attitude, Only vet in East Harlem

I take both my little darlings to Oliver's. Dr. Coronato and her staff are wonderful. They send you reminders in the mail when your pet's need check-ups and booster shots which is great. And they have gotten me out of a bind so many times when I have travelled with my pet's and needed documents faxed over to the airport security.
Pros: convenience
