  1. I tell them I am sending that food back, and waiting for the warm and untouched food
  2. wrap and bottle of water costs over $10, which might be worth if it if their food wasn't just mediocre at best.
  3. This is unbelievably infuriating, no food (definitely not this, the food isn't great to begin with!)
  4. If you want a stress-free meal and good food, look elsewhere!
  5. Expensive, terrible service, average food

  3. ask to talk to the manager, he does not come on the phone but when I tell the girl over the phone that I will not pay full price, he says that he'll "take care of it, don't worry", whatever the hell that means.
  4. The management is borderline rude when you approach them about any issue.

Horrible Place

by Jenb77 at Citysearch

I had an experience very similar to Zem after ordering in from the 115 Broadway location. Definitely do not order from this restaurant, as it is not worth the hassle. The food is only so-so and they mess up orders left and right. The management is borderline rude when you approach them about any issue. If you want a stress-free meal and good food, look elsewhere!

Do not order from here if you want to eat anytime soon, and prefer not to get ulcers over your delivery.

I ordered from the 115 Broadway location, hoping to have some lunch while I watched a game enjoying a lazy Sunday. Here is a timeline, you judge for yourself:

11:38 I place my order online, estimated delivery around 12:15

12:51 I call them asking where my food is, they say it should be delivered any second now

13:08 I call them again, they say it's delivered. I tell them I never got it, they take my number to call me back

13:24 I call them again, since they never called back. They say someone else took the order, so they're making me a new one, I should have it in 15 minutes. I ask to talk to the manager, he does not come on the phone but when I tell the girl over the phone that I will not pay full price, he says that he'll "take care of it, don't worry", whatever the hell that means.

13:36 I get a call from downstairs that I have a delivery, I tell them to send it up

13:38 14 minutes after they told me I should have my food in my hands in 15 minutes, they call me from the restaurant asking me what my damn ADDRESS is. I tell them there is a delivery guy already in the building, they say "oh damn that must be the original delivery guy who PICKED THE FOOD BACK UP FROM THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT TOOK IT!" I tell them I am sending that food back, and waiting for the warm and untouched food

13:42 I get a call from downstairs again saying the delivery guy they called me about 6 minutes ago (the one I'm sending back at this point) DOES NOT HAVE MY SUITE NUMBER. I tell the front desk to send him back. He tells me that the delivery guy doesn't speak any English. I'm guessing the people that picked my food up told him they didn't order it to begin with!

14:02 Almost 2.5 hours after I order, I get my food, COLD, WITH NO DISCOUNT. I almost send the guy back when he asked for full price, but since I am starving at that point, I take it with no tip.

This is unbelievably infuriating, no food (definitely not this, the food isn't great to begin with!) is worth this hassle.

Unprofessional and unreliable.

They confirmed my business meeting order.

They never showed up.

They charged me for this non-delivery.

Their corporate office is a well guarded secret.

  • Pros: None known.
  • Cons: Left us in the lurch for catering business meeting.

Expensive, terrible service, average food

by T1CKY at Citysearch

I paid nearly $10 for a panini and then had to wait over 20 mins for them to "warm it up". After all that wait, it was only average tasting. This would be the first and LAST time I'm going there. Definitely STAY AWAY - There are much much better delis out there which only cost a fraction of the price.

  • Pros: Convenient location
  • Cons: Expensive, terrible service, average food

Terrible Service, Outrageous Prices...Don't Waste Your Time or Money

by jack2466 at Citysearch

I've been to this place a couple of times for both Breakfast and Lunch. I have never gotten such bad service and paid a premium for it. Time and time again they screwed up my order, giving me something completely different than what I ordered. Then I say to myself - let me give it one more try. They have like 5 people working behind the counter and they all "F" everything up. My LAST trip there I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich on a Poppy Bagel. After waiting like 10 minutes, they cook noticed that he put it on a roll instead so stripped the items off the sandwich to put them on the burnt poppy bagel which he forgot about in the toaster. I ended up with half an egg and half a sausage on a burnt bagel when I got back to my office. The Lunch there is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. A simple Panini and a Soda will run you $10 bucks easy. To top it off the mexican girl behind the counter referred to me on more than one occasion as "Senor". Hey your are in the United States - cater to your clientele for God's sake, learn to address people properly!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
