Awful. I had the worst experience EVER in this place . Even though it appears clean its not, so dirty paticure chairs. The stuff can care less about you . They talk in front of you in Korean which is really annoying and not professional . I was very annoying (a lady whose name Jenn**** did my manicure). The manicures are not good quality 12 minutes so imagine how long they last if she spends 4 minutes on each hand . Awful .

Try the Silk Body Scrub Treatment! It's Wonderful!. I recently went there and got the Silk Body Scrub Treatment. It was wonderful and felt amazing and very relaxing. It was a new treatment I had tried out and had never seen it at any other salon/spa. I was expecting harsh scrubbing (note the scrub), but the service was very gentle and wonderful, done with soft exfoliating creams. Everyone should try this at least once. It felt great.

The store's decor was very stylish and clean and the staff was very amiable. I went out with my friends later that day and I felt extremely energized. My friends said I had a beautiful glow and are so jealous of my soft skin, they now want to come with me to this place for a girls' night out. It was the highlight of my week. The person who treated me was Joyce but her coworkers were also very friendly. The service and treatment was just amazing. I am definitely coming back and recommending this place to everyone. Five Stars!

Amazing Massage and facials!. I recently had a bridal shower with five of my riends, and we had such a good time just being there and relax. We all received manicure, spa pedicure (paraffine was sOooooo amazing), and I received spa treatments (signature massage & facial)-thanks to my beatiful ladies

space was clean and soothing, staffs were friendly, amazing tea selection (those flower tea was very pretty!) and the most important the "SERVICE" was great! I am glad that I found this place, I need to come and get my facials till my wedding day. (their deep pore cleansing was awesome!) Also, I was pleasantly suprised to receive a gift from the spa for my honeymoon trip ;)

Thank you!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!. one of my friend recomended to this spa, so i got mani, spa pedi there.while i'm getting my pedi and mani done at the same time, this lady who did my mani wonuldn't stop talking with her co worker in their language.

and then ,i guess i spent almost near $100 but it only took 30min! and i think i tip the lady well enough..(isn't 15% enough??) but she seems like unhappy after i tip her(she even made a face!), and then she polished my nails super fast in rude way!

i don't want to mention her name but she was in her late 30, short, and she was wearing black apron.

she didn't say thankyou, and she kept say something in her language, obviously i didn't understand what she was saying but i knew that she was talking about me.It was really unpleasant experienced ever.i often get a spa treatmens but i will never go back to this place!so don't go there!

Perfect place for mani/pedis and relaxing massages!. I have been a devoted customer since its opening and I am always satisfied with their service. I know it is almost impossible to make everybody happy, no matter what. But, to be honest with you, this is by far the cleanest for mani/pedis and the most wonderful massages place. They have an abundane of nail polish selections and the most updated new colors!!

I also love getting massages here. Simply relaxing and making my body so recharged. THe decor is beautiful and upscale. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Great Mani Pedi. I got a manicure and pedicure and wax there before the holidays... It was very relaxing. They are very meticulous and I was very happy with my nails... As for the wax.. i saw people had painful experiences... typically a wax isn't fun...and my wax was fine... I can't say I enjoyed it...but who really enjoys waxes...They did a great job... and i'll go back for my wax there again!

The Worst Wax EVERR. Like the review before me, I have never felt compelled to write a review on here before this. I usually get waxed every month, but I went to NY Nails because I was in a rush and it was close to my work. Trust, I'll never make that mistake again. I'm pretty sure my waxer's name was Maria. The whole process took entirely too long. Almost 40 minutes. This mainly due to the fact that she waxed small patches at a time. And yes, she did go over the same spots a few times. And tweezed some hairs afterwards (I didn't see where she pulled those things out of though). For someone who gets waxes pretty frequently, I've never had it so painful. When I got home, I realized that there were spots that were actually missed (obvious ones at that)! Seriously, WTF!? There are still patches of my skin that have not healed 4 days later. The whole thing was awful. There are plenty of other decent waxing places in the city (like Elite Day Spa). Stay out of this one.

truly terrible waxing. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review before. However, my experience at New York Nails and Spa was so painful that I want to do whatever I can to prevent others from going! I have never had a more painful and inefficient bikini wax. The technician had to go over the same spots several times, each of which was increasingly painful. I finally cut things short when she pulled a pair of tweezers out of her pocket (not from a sanitizing solution or an autoclave envelope). I mentioned that the experience had been much more painful than normal, and she replied "your hair is too long." Ridiculous. I'm pretty sure that scissors would solve that problem.

I'm bruised and still have patches of hair. Not what I was going for.

I used to frequent this salon for manicures and pedicures, but because of this nasty experience I will not return.

Ladies, beware of letting them go anywhere near your bikini area. This was the worst bikini wax I have ever had in my entire life. The woman started off by pulling scissors out of her pocket to trim before waxing. They were not in antiseptic- creepy. Next she had no idea what she was doing and kept reapplying wax to the same areas because she couldn't seem to get the hair on the first, second or third try. Noone else has ever had that problem before. She immediately applied it all over and when I told her i wanted a strip she mocked me and then left something that ressembled a twisted finger. It was the most painful and rude bikini wax that cost $80. At the end she asked me if I had ever had a bikini wax before because I complained too much. Obviously, I ididn't tip her and that got more rude comments. I was black and blue down there for almost two weeks. Kind of a bummer for my 1 year wedding anniversary- which prompted the wax in the first place. Seriously, go anywhere else.

Terrible Mani. I went to the 55th Street location for a manicure. Must admit the decor is very chic, but don't be fooled. It was my first and last time...the lady cut my cuticles unevenly that when she applied the polish, it became more obvious...she was very stingy on applying the polish to the point that you could see brush lines and to top it off, she didn't even clean under my nail, so I have a pink polish base with black as my un-asked for french manicure.
