They have a policy of only giving store credit within 14 days on full-price merchandise - and ALL sale items are FINAL SALE. That would have been fine if they'd told me about it before I purchased the item - when they pointed it out on the receipt it didn't do me much good. I (very nicely) suggested to the manager that they warn people of the return policy BEFORE they've paid - this was greeted with blank looks and a condescending hipster attitude. Ugh!
Pros: good selection
Cons: return policy and customer service

One of the best selections this side of Barney's. Smallish, but the quality makes up for it. Rogan Jeans galore, Paper Denims, Levi Red's, United Bamboo. Great Stuff. Warning: There's almost nothing under $85.
Pros: They carry Rogans!, Great selection, Helpful Service
Cons: Small, Pricey
