Excellent, fresh sushi - and reasonably priced?. Wow. When I saw the sign for a $12 sushi/sashimi combo lunch, I thought either (1) the sushi wasn't fresh; or (2) the portions would be miniscule.

I was WRONG on both accounts!

The sushi was absolutely fresh ... and delicious ... and the sashimi portions were some of the most generous I've seen. Other places seem to "pare down" the portions at lunch to correspond to the lower price ... not here.

I would highly recommend Ogawa.

the BEST.. Been going here a couple of years, and have never been let down. The sushi is always fresh, and the boxes are way better than any of the Japanese food on St. Marks. I love Ogawa!

good sushi. The sushi here was very good and fresh. The prices were very reasonable. The place was very small and crowded and could probably fit less than ten people.

The BEST Japanese - branch out past the sushi!. I lived in Japan for quite a while and I've been obsessed for the past 6 years on finding good Japanese food. I was shocked to find it here! If you want to branch out past sushi, this is the place to do it. Also, delivery is CRAZY FAST- I've ordered-in at least 20 times in the past two months and it's never taken more than 15 minutes. I can actually order food and plan to leave the house within the half-hour.

Great Deal on Fresh Sushi.. This place is one of my favorite little sushi places in the city. The service is very friendly and the sushi moves quickly so it;s always fresh. It is a little small so probably not good for groups of more than 6.
