Worst car dealer over. I bought a 2003 Ford Focus SE from Planet Auto Mall. Kinney Galani said he would take it in to put brand new tires on it for me and a tune up to make sure everything is running smooth. When I went to pick up the car nothing had changed. He never put new tires on or took the car in. I brought it to Ford a couple weeks later to spend another couple thousand bucks to get a new battery, completely new brakes, two windows were off the alignment, the trunk was broken and wouldn't stay closed, and the car just doesn't run smooth at all. When I confronted him about the car problems he just said there is no record of an accident. Kinney Galani has been the most unhelpful sales man I've ever met. I would suggest to never buy a car from this place.

Cheating~~. I have the same experience as sherrie535. And now seeking a legal way to solve the problem.

I also want to know the final result about sherrie535 's case. If you could see this post, can you write more about how you deal with it?

worst place in the world, never trust it!!!. the salesmen just lied to me with their eyes open. the final price was $5000 more than previous settled price. the "PRO FEE" was way too expensive. After they received your money, then you are done. the manager is terrible person, not polite, rude and had no credit to customers who PAID. Before you pay, the are the god, AFTER YOUR PAID, they would never see you back.

everyone in that place will try to fool you.

**LOOK CAREFULLY WHEN YOU SIGN. OF COURSE, THE BEST WAY IS AWAY FROM "PLANET AUTOMALL. IF YOU THINK THEY GONNA GIVE YOU A BETTER PRICE, YOU GONNA BE WRONY AND REGRETFUL.

IF ANYONE GAVE IT A GOOD RATING, I BELIEVE HE/SHE IS A MEMBER OF THEIR COMPANY.

best car buying experience. I BOUGHT USED 2005 BMW 5301 FROM PLANET AUTOMALL,ROBERT SAVAGE WAS VERY HELPFUL,I FORGOT TO BRING $3000 DOWN PAYMENT,ROBERT STILL GAVE THE CAR AND GAVE ME CREDIT FOR ONE WEEK TO PAY .I WAS VERY SUPRISED WITH THE PRICE I PAID FOR THIS CAR ,THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICE IN TRISTATE,I WAS EXPECTING A SURPRISE OR SOME CATCH TO IT,THEY HONNERED THE ADVERTISED PRICE,THEY TRIED TO SELL ME SEVERAL AFTER SALES ITEM,S IN FINANCE OFFICE,I ONLY BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY.OVERALL THEY WERE GREAT,I WILL DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

WORST DEALER EVER. THIS DEALER IS A SCAM-ARTIST RIPOFF. THEY RIPPED ME OFF THOUROUGHLY, CHARGED ME FOR SERVICES NEVER RENDERED, AND LIED TO ME ABOUT FINANCING. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFINANCE, JUST SO I WOULD BUY THE CAR. THEY LIED. THEY SOLD ME A USELESS WARRANTY. I TOOK THEM TO COURT, AND TRIED UNSUCCESFULLY TO BRING A CLAIM AGAINST THEM, BUT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
