If you are at all doubtful about trying this place, DON'T BE. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax ever, and I was surprised that it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. I came with my friend and she said that it hurt a lot, but pain is relative so I guess .it depends! The whole experience was quick and easy. My friend and I were in and out in about 30 minutes. Rita is great at what she does. She tries to relax you and make you feel as comfortable as she can. She does not double dip, uses gloves and a facemask, and the tweezers she uses at the end to go over it are in a sort of microwave looking thing, which I assume keeps it sterile. I will definitely be back here again!

Excellent location very clean place. I have to admit, part of the immediate charm of this place is the decor. It's very open, spacious, softly lit, and has high ceilings, and the staff is calm and welcoming right away. Decided to check this place out last night, and even though I was a walk-in they were accommodating and apologetic about the 15 minute wait for a manicure.

They have a huge nail polish selection and many other services they offer, and they are directly beside the 34avenue Subway stop on Steinway. As part of just their typical manicure, I was given an extremely thorough hand/arm massage and extra lotion/exfoliation (and some very cool cucumber water solution to dip my nails into). For 10$, it was a definite bargain, and the experience on the whole was therapeutic and lovely. My favorite Nail Spa so far.

Love my nails here. When I walked into the salon for the very first time I was over whelmed with the amount of people waiting but the girl at the desk(rosie) assured me that the wait was min. and it sure was!!! =) After being served by a friendly staff, a latin women , was very nice and caring of my nails. She also provided me instruction on how to care for my nails since I lacked the treatment. As of today, I have been going to this salon for over 2 yrs each and every week for a manicure and every 2 weeks for a pedicure and I would never cheat on them. They have given me nothing but GREAT services and smiles all across the board. Their services just seems to improves everything I go. The Managers are very professional and the place is ultra clean. They're ALWAYS up to date with their colors and styles.I'll see them today and it's the highlight of my day. =) LOVE THEM!!!!!

Happy Living Social costumer. I was lucky to get that deal , excellent manicure I went with my Girlfriend and she get a full body Massage , The technicians are very professional and really know their trade. The spa is so beautiful and has that calming influence, something we all need.

Come here to get your skin removed!. Came here for a brazilian wax, the day before I left for vacation, because it is less expensive than getting it done in the city... you get what you pay for... The girl ripped off my skin (right between my thigh and groin at the underwear line) about an inch long and cm wide patch. I spent the next week at the beach, and inevitably it got infected - missing skin, sand, and water do not mix. Dealing with this practically ruined my vacation. Thanks Angel Spa, I will be waxing elsewhere!

Great Service & Staff!. The minute you walk in to the Angel Spa you are greeting with a smile. The aroma in the salon soothes you instantly. I went in for a spa pedicure and manicure for the first time and I was amazed on how thorough the staff was. Maria is a sweet lady who assessed my feet and provided the ultimate remedy.

The owner came in while my pedicure was almost done and recommended a color that would suit me. She was personable and respectful.

What more can you ask from a place. Quiet, clean, professional, and amazing work done.

Cannot wait to go back. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

The Best, Love it, love it. The best place I have ever been to. Facials to die for; I am always getting compliments on my skin; massages are so relaxing and theraputic; got a brazilian, it didn't even hurt. Today I got the OPI axxium Gel nails and they look great.

The technicians are very professional and really know their trade. The spa is so beautiful and has that calming influence, something we all need. Also purchased a great moisturizer from them.

This is now my favorite place. By the way, theirs teas are great and free.
