Movers were great and very quick. Took them 40 min to load the truck and less than 2 hours to unload and carry everything up 4 flights of steps. Very nice guys and a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Last but not least the estimate was dead on with the final bill.
Pros: Everything, easy to work with and worked quickly

Infinity Moving informed us on Friday evening, that they would not execute our planned move, (as they originally promised,) on the following Saturday morning. Instead they were planning to execute the move on Sunday. After I registered my upset, they told us that they do not move on Saturdays as they're a Jewish Company. Even though the importance of moving on this specific Saturday date was carefully explained to the Infinity agent at the time that we gave them our deposit. And even though their agent assured us that his men would arrive at our address between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. on that Saturday morning, they suddenly would not be able to do what they had agreed to do one week earlier. We had the proposal from Infinity, with a job number, that clearly stated the agreed upon moving date; yet, less that 12 hours before the scheduled move, they inform us that they will not be there.
Cons: They never did our move.
