DONOT USE THESE MOVERS********
The most horrible experience I have had is with them. They lie to you and sign you up and then don't keep there promises on prices, delivery times.
They stuffed half the boxes with paper to make it look like it was a lot of stuff. Their dishonestly is unbelievable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!. We hired
American Van Lines and they subcontracted INFINITY MOVERS.
First we got reasonable quote, but at the end we were charged nearly twice. Approx. 50% of furniture was severely damaged, all china was broken, plastic storage boxes were cracked, some furniture was missing. Shipment was late 14 days. We paid $1050 for total replacement cost insurance, but they ignored our claim.
But the most memorable moment was actual delivery of furniture. Two men arrived shortly after 5 p.m. One of them immediately said that I own them more then double what American Van Lines told us as final cost and when I complained he called person named Avi. She told him to find the way to get money from me with the gesture that was physically threatening. Following collection of additional money they started unloading the truck.
They declined to re-assemble furniture and when I started taking pictures of damaged furniture he become very nervous and start threatening me.
He mention to me that Infinity hires people with criminal record and illegal immigrants who know how to get money from customers.... and also, that he expects 25% in tips for the work that they did!!!!
SO, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was lucky that I was not physically harmed.

Infinity did the job!.
I needed to move my boy back from school in Boston, so I took a spin online to find movers and get quotes. Danielle from Infinity Moving was one of the first to get back to me with a quote along with providing me an education on moving.
As I continued my search Danielle continued to keep in contact (the sign of a pro) and I could tell she was passionate and wanted us to have a good moving experience. Once I completed my search I realized that Infinity offered a competitive bid, and worked hard to get the business.
The Sunday scheduled pick up got cancelled 15 minutes before the scheduled time but the following day the movers showed, picked up, wrapped and 5 days later delivered to our home in Michigan. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The two movers were friendly, very neat and true professionals.
I'd call Danielle @ Infinity Movers if you're in need of a move. Keep up the good work.
