I wanted to purchase my Solid Gold all natural cat food and kitty litter. If I lived between 70th and 110, it would be free, but living 5 blocks outside their delivery zone spiked the charge to $24 for delivery! Which, incidently, is what they'd charge if I wanted it delivered to another state! I called during business hours and got pushed into voice mail. I called again to see if there was a way around it and he was incredibly rude, lecturing me on his "business model" and saying he had plenty of customers that didn't have a problem with it from all over the city, as if I was a stupid 8 year old. Me, I'd rather pay $1 more per bag and have free delivery.

NYC Pet Supply is a great company for busy New York pet owners. Sometimes I don't even realize that I'm out of dog food until it's almost too late and all I have to do is E-mail or call and they offer fast, reliable and friendly service!
