The Scene
The Scoop is no secret: It's whatever's hip, whatever the rich and beautiful trendsetters are wearing. It's the song on the store's sound system and the brand emblazoned on the salesgirl's back jeans pocket. Everything about this store reeks of now, or about five minutes from now. The staff here probably knew what Carrie would be wearing on next week's episode before she did.
The Goods
It's all about the brands, and Scoop's got 'em in spades: Marc Jacobs, Juicy Couture, Adidas sweats and rainbow-colored Havaianas, Theory and Paper Denim for men to name but a very few. J. Lo-worthy velour sweats, trendy bags, cargo trousers, jewelry of crystal and rhinestones, and a house brand that follows suit with high-priced tees make this shop the West Village's casual answer to Intermix.
