This is the only place that I've tried, including all of the hair I've purchased on the internet that I've been able to wear multiple times. I am an African American girl who is in the entertainment business in L.A. I relax my hair and Gigis is the only place where I can get the perfect texture and color. They are true artists. I get new hair every time that I go into NY. I have recommended them (only to my true friends) and everyone else seems to love their hair too.

Only place in NYC where you can get your moneys worth on really good quality hair extensions without spending a fortune. I get 20" to 24" crimson red hair with the soft curl texture and no one can ever tell. I get compliments all the time on how beautiful my hair is and I can always feel confident that my hair looks natural and most importantly feels soft and healthy. I also dye it once a month to maintain the red since i'm a natural blonde. Love this place!

I was assisted by Emma who was very nice and very knowledgeable. She recommended the PERFECT hair texture. She was vey professional and friendly. She has EXCELLENT Customer Service. The hair quality is the BEST and the place is nice and clean. 100% satisfied! Thank YOU!!!!

Softest hair, Does not tangle. I am an exotic dancer paying her way through school who has been buying my hair at G&G for two years now and their hair is the softest hair I've ever purchased and my customers always mention that they love my hair. I would recommend anyone to get their hair from this place, Its definitely worth it.

Perfect Match!. This was my first time buying hair extensions and I was pleasantly surprised of the quality and how it matched my hair color and texture perfectly. One of the managers was very helpful and showed how to properly put it on. At first it was shedding a little so I spoke to the manager again and she informed me that after the first wash the shedding would cease and it did. I would definitely buy hair again there and recommend anyone looking.

Best quality human hair. I've been a customer of G&G for over two years now and I think they have the best hair on the market. I've been to other places mentioned by other people on this review and I've been to them too, but as far as getting the most for your money in quality of hair and, this place is the best. I wear their spanish wavy and have always left happy. I would recommend them to anyone. Hope this review was helpful.

G AND G WORST HAIR PLACE IN NYC.
ITS pathetic that after I posted a complaint and was told the establishment 'didnt care" that G AND G posted two more reviews hailing the place as great you guys suck!! Noone wants to go there I am still upset about the way I was treated and will never ever buy hair from there. There are too many great places to get hair in NYC than to deal with their crap, dishonesty and terribe customer service. I am so over them, I went to Bronx Hair Supply they have beautiful Hair and really great customer service. Lugos (the one on 33rd) is also ok. I would never deal with a company who cant answer pricing questions, are rude and disrespectful to their customers and I will let everyone I know know how terrible they are.
ANYWAY U MUST NOT BE ALL THAT CUZ NOONE EVEN TALKS ABOUT YOU GUYS ON FORUMS OR BLOGS!!!!!!!! ONLINE IS BECOMING THE NEW HAIR GO TO SO U REALLY SHOULD WATCH WHO U TALK TO AND HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE YOUR NOT ABOVE ANYONE.. The best place to get human hair. I have been getting hair at GiGis for almost five years now and their quality has never changed, I am a devotee of this place. Trust me, you will never go anywhere else once you've gotten hair from here.

1. Their hair quality is way superior to all others.

3. Their location is easy to get too.
4. Staff, especially Genna is super friendlty.
6. Their store is always clean and they rock, keeping up
with the Kardashians 24/7, so you too can catch up on
the episodes you've missed.
7. If you're friendly, they will look out.
8. Always have what you want.
9. They are efficient, weft is always impeccable.
10. With all the hair I buy there, you might run into me. lol
