“Good selection, horrible crowds”
“Also, after purchasing micralite toro, a different staff told me how my stroller is inferior to bugaboo or uppababy.”
“If you comparison shop, you will find that Buy buy baby certainly may not have the best prices.”
Great service. We've been here several times. It is very busy on weekends but we have always been able to find someone who is knowledgeable. Today we bought a stroller and the person assisted us offered to put the entire thing together, accessories and all. We walked out with a fully functional stroller saving us what I am sure was hours of trying to figure it out ourselves. Overall great customer service!
awesome :). they have all your baby needs this place is like a baby dream come true lol ... they are very organized they have toys , strollers , clothes everything .. the stroller department even demonstrates how the stroller works they are very very helpful ..
Good Buys !!. They have everything i mean everything for babies they are soooo much cleaner than babies r us the customer service is outstanding everyone is really friendly ... the pricing is a bit higher that normal but they still have a very big selection on everything and all the employees are willing to help even the managers :)
One stop shop for everything baby. It was nice to have everything we needed for our newborn in one store. I would stay away on the weekends as the place is very busy and sales help is hard to find. There over all selection is A+
Poor customer service.
It is very difficult to get help from staff. They are around but they do everything they can to avoid helping. A staff won't look for my item even though I was told that item is in the store over the phone.
Also, after purchasing micralite toro, a different staff told me how my stroller is inferior to bugaboo or uppababy. Thanks for bursting my bubble.
They are very disgruntle. Perhaps the store management forgot to educate custom service to their employees.
Sells used merchandize. When unpacking a stroller at home, I realized that this was a used item (probably a return item). I called the manager of the store and requested that a new stroller is being delivered to me (and the used one picked up), but the manager refused and hung up on me without even saying good-bye.
Customer service that could drive a pregnant woman to drink. While it's true that buy buy baby has almost anything anyone could need or want, it's just that they don't really seem to want you to spend your money there. As soon as I realized I might need help with something, the staff members were too visibly irritated to bother. When inquiring about a $2000 furniture order, I became engaged in a three-day long session of phone tag. I turned in my registry to a woman chatting on the phone to her boyfriend who couldn't be bothered to answer my questions about how my friends and family might more easily buy their stuff! I'm not an excitable woman, I've worked in retail, and I know just how draining that job can be. If you would rather look at things than buy them, buy buy baby is the place for you. Though I think I'd rather go to the MOMA for that.
No so good store to shop for baby merchandises.. This store practice a deceptive return policy. When returning the merchandise, the consumer will not be given back the money, instead, the consumer will be given back in the store gift card. Furthermore, if you don't use the gift card after one year, the store will deduct $25.00 per month from your gift card. That how bad this store is. Avoid if if you can. This store has better merchandise than the Baby R Us.
May not be the cheapest. If you comparison shop, you will find that Buy buy baby certainly may not have the best prices. However, they literally have EVERYTHING for your baby. You need not go elsewhere. That being said, it's very convenient to shop here.
Watch out for their return policy on certain items!. My first experience in this store turned out to be very unpleasant. Being nine months pregnant, I bought a nursing bra for $30 which turned out to be too small for me. I called the customer service and asked to exchange for a bigger size considering it was the same day. They told me it was their policy - no refunds or exchanges for nursing bras and hang up, but considering that I am still pregnant and not nursing yet, they could have just exchanged it without being impolite. Not a bad store overall but with this level of customer service I am not going back.
