Bad Facial. I Recently started going there and fell in love with the environment. It's extremely relaxing and down to earth. However, I was sort of disappointed with my last facial. I decided to get my pores extracted which the lady informed me of it being extra. Sure no problem. She did it with her fingernails and some tissue. When I came home and looked in the mirror my face had fingernail markings which lasted about a week. Needless to say my facials and I will be going elsewhere.

Love the Secret Garden!!!. The secret garden is such a beautiful salon and spa. I recently started going to Christina and I couldn't be happier. She is talented, makes you feel comfortable and helps you when you don't know what to do! The color and blow outs are amazing and my hair never looked better!!!!

Lets not forget about the makeup that I had done... I went to Lisamarie and I was estatic how my makeup came out. I went in and I had no idea what I wanted. She walked me through the whole thing and even gave me tips along the way. I was beyond happy with the job she did and I will never use anyone else!

I definitely recommend going to this salon if you want to relax or look great!!!Ask for Lisamarie for makeup and Christina for hair and you won't be disappointed. they have great jewelry tooo!!!!! :)

Love Secret Garden. Secret Garden is a great salon. Everyone in there is extremely friendly and caring. I have a lot of hair that does nothing, very straight and doesn't hold until my hair met Christina. Christina not only blows my hair out, but also does my color. She always gives me what I want and knows how to get my hair full, wavy, flippy, curly and sexy. My color always looks natural and no matter where I go, my hair always gets a compliment. I am extremely happy with Secret Garden and its wonderful staff, I recommend them especially Christina!!!!

One of the best in NYC. I have been going to the Secret Garden for almost three years and I have never been happier. The salon is by far the best there is in Staten Island and in the whole city in general! I have really, really curly hair and I have had difficulty dealing with it my entire life. Once I went to Lisa at the salon, she transformed my hair! She showed me how to use the Deva products for curly hair and now my hair looks professionally styled every time I curl it! Not only does the Secret Garden carry the amazing Deva product line, but they also carry hair transforming Blow products. These products are all healthy, organic products, (as all products at this green salon are), and allow your blowout to last for over a week, while protecting it from all kinds of damage ranging from heat to the elements! Along with these amazing styling products, Lisa also introduced me to organic coloring and Hi Shine glazes that leave my hair soft for months after I color it! For all you curly haired girls out there, you know what a challenge it is to keep your hair soft, and not dried out but Lisa can do it! As a curly haired girl herself she knows exactly how to take care of your locks with the gentlest, professional touch while also educating you on the dangers and advantages of certain products and services. Lisa has done wonders for my hair; she has taught me how to handle my hair in ways I never thought I could do by myself and her blowouts are better than anything that any salon in NYC has to offer!
