Save Me Time And Money. You can depend on ABC Carpet to get the job done. I use them on all my apartments when someone moves out. They get the place clean and not one of my new tenants have every said the place is dirty. The apartment always smells fresh and looks great. Saves me time and my time is money as they say. So get your place cleaned with the best in NY.

Wonderful Company to Deal With. Getting your rugs cleaned in New York by a professional company can be hard, because of all the rip off artist in NY. But I have found an honest company that does a great job on my rugs when I need them cleaned. ABC Carpets has not let me down the last four years. I will continue to use them if they keep up the good work.

GREAT SERVICE! They got rid of the stains!. Had ABC Carpet & Upholstery Care treat our rugs for stains and one for a bad odor. They picked them up and brought them back looking and smelling like new. All the stains were no longer noticeable, and the odor was completely gone. This was our last hope as others did not fair well in getting out the stains even though they claimed they could. You can't beat the prices either!

Worst Experience ever, DO NOT RECOMMEND. WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I hired ABC to clean three rugs of mine. Firstly, they never showed the day they were supposed to deliver my rugs. After waiting during the three hour delivery bracket they gave me I called them and they said that they had thought they were to be delivered the next day even though my receipt clearly stated a different date. Then the next day I cleared my schedule once again to wait for the delivery and not only did they not deliver it within the time bracket AGAIN they were over an hour and a half late. At this time my building did not accept deliveries so I myself had to carry them up and lay them all down. If you want customer service please take my advice and look elsewhere for a carpet cleaner you can trust.
