nasty server and bad service. WENT TO THE CHILLI'S STATEN ISLAND TODAY. ORDER GUACAMOLE WITH A APPETIZER AND NEVER GOT IT WITH APPETIZER. TOLD SERVER TO FORGET IT AND TAKE OFF THE BILL, INSTEAD WAS GIVEN WITH MY DINNER. SERVER THEN NEVER BRINGS MY DAUGHTER HER MEAL AND TELLS ME I NEVER ORDERED HER A MEAL. WHEN THE BILL COMES SHE CHARGES ME FOR TWO SODAS WHEN THE KIDS MEAL HAS A FREE SODA. THEN I SEE SHE CHARGES ME FOR THE GAUCAMOLE AFTER I TOLD HER TO TAKE IT OFF THE BILL. WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT IT SHE SAID YOU ATE DIDN'T YOU IN A NASTY WAY. THE MANGER SHOULD SEND THIS SERVER FOR TRAINNING IN CUSTOMER SERVE AND ANGER MANAGEMENT. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CHILLIS AGAIN.

Best restaurant in staten island. Chilis staten island is the best restaurant. Luckily for me its practically around the corner. Great atmosphere. The employees are the nicest most helpful people. Food is always dead on and the pricing is excellent. I had one bad burger and the managers made it so right by giving me a full meal on the house. I would highly recommend this restaurant. 5 stars!!!

Chili's in Staten Island. For a Staten Island restaurant it's out of this world, this place is so great you would think you are in New Jersey. Seriously, nice attitude from the workers, quality food, great atmosphere. The only thing that needs improvement are the restrooms. For additional points scored, Chili's has the "Chili's To Go" where you call and make an order for pick up. Super convenient!
